Chinese Food Culture Days (Free Entry)

As a part of the British Chinese Food Culture Project, more events and activities are being organised!

  • Bruce Castle Museum - Saturday, 4th & Sunday, 5th February 2012

Lecture on Chinese Tea and Tea Demonstration, Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Handcrafting, Chinese dinner set display, Chinese Language Demonstration etc.  Display of project findings, free refreshments and gifts, and lots of fun!

  • 13:00 - 14:00 Lecture on Chinese Tea and Tea Demonstration
    - Speaker: Mr Kamsang Law MBA JP.
  • 14:00 - 16:00 Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Handcrafting, Chinese dinner set display, Chinese Language Demonstration etc.
    - Origami (paper folding) demonstrator: Ms Nancy Chan.

  • 14:00 - 16:00 Workshop of Chinese Painting
    - Artist: Ms Wen Wu.
  • 14:00 - 16:00 Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Handcrafting, Chinese dinner set display, Chinese Language Demonstration etc.
    - Dough figurine making demonstrator: Mrs Wendy Wang.
    - Origami (paper folding) demonstrator: Ms Dandan Han.

Free admission.  No advanced booking is required.  Free gifts for participants - calendars, recipe booklets and seasonal greeting cards!
